A
glossy publicity photo of the famous pop singer, “Oliver” who
enjoyed several, multi-week appearances that brought great notoriety
and commercial success to Tony Mart’s, once again, in the last half
of the 60’s.
Oliver was most well known for his famous hit songs, “Jean” and his
cover of “Good Morning Star Shine” from the hugely popular, counter
cultural Broadway play, “Hair”.

A glossy publicity photo of the great front man and entertainer, Joey
Powers, who played the entire summer of 1967 in Tony Mart’s as “Joey Powers
and the New Dimension” a great dance band who first began to perform songs
that became “anthems” of the hippie generation and “Flower Power”.
